General
What isn't covered by rent?
Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, cable, and internet. Proof of active electricity service must be provided on or before the day of move-in.
What is the minimum credit score requirement?
The minimum credit score for applicants is 550.
What lease terms are available?
At move-in, we offer 12- or 13-month lease terms only. Lease terms shorter than 12 months are not available for new move-ins.
What fees are required at application and move in?
The application fee is $75. The administrative fee is $125 and is non-refundable. The holding fee/security deposit is $1,000.
What's the parking policy?
Parking is first-come, first-served, with the exception of designated accessible/handicap parking spaces. The property does not offer designated resident parking, private garages, or driveways.
Is smoking allowed on this property?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes. Smoking must take place at least 25 feet away from all buildings. Smoking is prohibited in or around stairs, stairwells, breezeways, the pool area, and the clubhouse.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes. Renter's liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 IS REQUIRED.
Is this property pet friendly?
Yes! Residents are allowed up to two pets per unit. Maximum weight per pet is 35 lbs. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals permitted. A non-refundable $300 pet fee is required with monthly $30 pet rent per pet. All pets must be disclosed on the application and such pets will be considered in the application process. No pets other than those disclosed on the application may be kept at the property. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process through petscreening.com. If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a registration fee of $20 for your first pet and $15 for your second pet. The following dog breeds and all variations thereof are restricted and not approved: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Irish Wolfhound, Keeshond, Mastiff, Pit Bull and Presa Canario. Management reserves the right to deny pets based on character, behavior and other traits.
